At KiwiStays, we believe booking a vacation should be easy on your wallet. That's why we offer a 50% split payment on every booking.

Confirm your reservation by paying just half the total amount.

Pay the balance 3 days before check-in
We'll send you a payment link 3 days before your check-in date for the remaining 50%.
Cancellation Policy
We understand plans change. Here's our cancellation policy:
14+ days before check-in100% refund

Damage Policy
We trust our guests to treat our homes with care. In the event of damage beyond normal wear and tear:
- •Minor damage (under ₹2,000): Covered by us — no charge to you.
- •Significant damage: We'll share photos and a repair estimate. The cost will be deducted from your security deposit.
- •Security deposit (if applicable) is refunded within 3 business days after checkout if no damage is found.
10-Minute Service Guarantee

If you find any issue at check-in — cleanliness, amenities not working, or anything that doesn't match the listing — our runner will be at your doorstep within 10 minutes.
If we fail to respond within 10 minutes, your first night is completely free. No questions asked.
